Pre-Kindergarten Registration

If you are interested in your child attending the Title I pre-kindergarten program at French Camp Elementary, please send an email with the following information to the school of the attendance zone in which you currently live. The email address for each elementary school is listed below.

Eligibility and Requirements

Students must meet eligibility requirements to qualify for enrollment. Applicants must be four years old (4) on or before September 1, 2020, and live in one of the school attendance zones within the Choctaw County School District.

The enrollment cap for each pre-kindergarten class is twenty (20) students. By submitting your child’s information, you are confirming interest in continuing the registration process for enrollment in pre-kindergarten. Submitting the information does not guarantee placement in a pre-kindergarten class for the 2020-2021 school year.

Please send an email by Friday, May 1st to the appropriate email address below with the following information: Child’s name, date of birth, current address, parent’s /guardian’s name and contact information (phone number and/or email address).

During the COVID-19 pandemic, on-site student registration is not taking place. In the meantime, please gather the documentation listed below to have ready for submission when the on-site portion of the registration opens.

Student’s Certified Birth Certificate, Mississippi Immunization Form 121, and Three (3) proofs of residency (Electric Bill, Water Bill, Gas Bill, Solid Waste Bill, Landline Phone (No Cell), Homestead Exemption, Mortgage/Property Deed, Apartment/Home Lease, Valid Driver’s License, Automobile Registration, Affidavit by School Official
