Kindergarten Registration Choctaw County School District is beginning preparations for the 2020-2021 school year. This preparation process includes planning for our kindergarten enrollment. To attend kindergarten, children must be five (5) years old on or before September 1, 2020. If you are interested in your child attending kindergartenat French Camp Elementary send the requested information to the email address listed below. School sites will receive your child’s information, but this will not complete the registration process. If your child attended pre-kindergarten in the CCSD during the 2019-2020 school year, you will not need to provide this information.
Please provide the following information by sending an email by Friday, May 1st to the appropriate email address listed below: Child’s name, child’s date of birth, current address, parent’s/guardian’s name and contact information (phone number and/or email address).

A future date will be scheduled to collect the following items that are needed to complete registration:
Student’s certified birth certificate, Mississippi Immunization Form 121, and Three (3) proofs of residency (Electric Bill, Water Bill, Gas Bill, Solid Waste Bill, Landline Phone (No Cell), Homestead Exemption, Mortgage/Property Deed, Apartment/Home Lease, Valid Driver’s License, Automobile Registration, Affidavit by School Official)
