Mrs. Alexander's second grade Class at FCE had a blast today at their class christmas party. Ornament making, musical chairs, sweet treats, and stockings stuffed to the rim made for such special memories!
Mrs. Alexander's second grade class at FCE had so much fun at their Christmas parental involvement activity making snow globes. Thank you to every one who came and helped make it possible!
Kambrie Ray, Remi Riddell, and Brantley Vaughn show the ornaments they created with their parents for FCE kindergarten's "make your own ornament" parental involvement activity.
FCE second graders has a sweet and sour gummy bear taste testing. They used a graphic organizer to list their opinions of which was the best. After deciding which they prefered, they wrote an opinion writing explaining why they chose team sweet or team sour!

FCE first graders had an amazing pajama day! Drinking hot chocolate, eating donuts, and watching The Polar Express started the day off. After lunch a package was delivered by elves straight from Santa at the North Pole (the package was still cold!) with a bell for each student! What a fun day!

FCE second graders started their week off with a pajama party complete with An Elf Story movie, delicious hot chocolate, and Christmas snack cakes! Thank you to all the parents who donated things for our party!
FCE pre-kindergarten and kindergarten enjoyed spreading some Christmas cheer by caroling at the Ackerman Nursing home.

Mrs. Fisher's PACE students have researched and studied different inventions and how they impact the world. They were challenged to create their own invention. These students have worked so hard over the past 8 weeks designing and constructing their inventions! Students presented their projects yesterday to their families.

FCE second graders had the hardest time telling student teacher, Mrs. Abi Carter, goodbye today. We celebrated her time at FCE with gifts and cookies! We wish her the very best in her future and know she will make a wonderful teacher!

FCE fifth grade science students have fun using different methods to separate different mixtures.
FCE Second Graders, Amelia Rushing, Henley Baxter, Ace Alexander, Drew Bradford, and Matt Surette, were the top AR readers and got to celebrate with snowcones!
